Great location. The cottage was warm, inviting, and very well equipped. I don’t know many cottages that supply a couple of dressing gowns. It really feels that the owners are generously considering what guests really want and are doing a great job. Oh… and the bed was so comfortable I had to ask for details!!

"Hit the spot for our visit to East Yorkshire to meet with family and spend time at the coast."

Quiet location close to the coast and other locations and towns. Angela and Bob made us feel extremely welcome. There were many extras in the cottage which we would not necessarily expect such as, Echo Dot speaker, Netflix (even though we didn't use it), hand cream and soaps. Spotless presentation and high quality crockery, pans, bathroom fittings etc. And a great shower. Thank you.

I had not noticed that the property was sometimes occupied by guests with a dog. We prefer to avoid this as my husband is asthmatic, but the property was spotlessly clean. We only realised because of comments in the guest book.

"A gem of a place"

We were welcomed by Bob who was a wonderful host and took us to our apartment . Large bedroom and wonderful bathroom. Everything you could want for a stay was there, all you need is to bring your food. The pictures on the various booking sites do not do it justice.

Very clean and cosy modern accommodation and in a perfect location to explore.The owners were very friendly and available on site in case we needed anything.Would definitely return

"Superb property."

Such a warm and inviting place to stay. Everything you could imagine was on hand in the cottage, even down to the slippers. Netflix was provided free of charge also. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, cosy towels, kitchen was immensely stocked. Couldn't find any faults at all, will definitely be staying again.

Amazing little apartment, the owners had thought of everything we could possibly need. Robes and slippers provided, toiletries, massive and very comfortable bed. Lovely quiet location, perfect for what we needed. We'll definitely be back!
