W mieszkaniu nie było ogrzewania i było nieprzyjemnie zimno. Duża wilgotność, co przekładało się na wykwity grzyba w oknach i rogach pokoju. Śmierdzące ręczniki. Dodatkowo bardzo słychać odgłosy z ulicy. Co prawda mały jest ruch w nocy na tej ulicy, ale nam przeszkadzała w spaniu śmieciarka i pan z dmuchawą do liści chodzący w okolicy 1 w nocy i hałas było słychać tak, jakby tego okna nie było... Poza tym wszystkie meble w mieszkaniu dosyć stare i niezbyt czyste. Standard mocno nie spełniał oczekiwań, szczególnie jak na dobre opinie które miało to miejsce.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait. Tout est à proximité. C’est grand et bien entretenu, dans une résidence très calme.

Beaucoup d’humidité dans la salle de bain. L’odeur n’est pas agréable. La machine a laver n’est pas très propre.
