Noisy

Very spacious and nicely decorated. Great location near Via Piagnolo and Santa Anna Square with lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Bit of a smell from the bathroom in the mornings. There was some noise and light from the street and night. Would have preferred a microwave rather than full oven but that’s a personal preference.

I liked the location because is situated in the center, close to everything you need. The driver Rafaelle is extraordinary, so good intended, he helped us alot!

you can’t sleep on the sofa and to much noise in the bedroom because the windows are too old and you can hear everything from outside.

Lacation is super. Personal comunikates very weel and answer on all our questions. Estetical and beautiful apartments. We found nice surprise - tea, water and bread and jam for breakfast. Of course I recomend it.

Bathroom and floor I think could be more clean.

The location is very convenient, with a supermarket just directly near and some good places to eat, munch and drink, both for café, aperitivo and night. The building is beautiful and very characteristic of the area

There are barely any sockets. It was a bit of a headache to puzzle how to charge the phones while having the fridge or the lamp on. They could get a multi socket or something. The place was VERY DIRTY. There was dust everywhere. The ventilator was very old and had strings of dust. There's also quite a lot of noise and barely any light in the living room We also had a miscommunication with our host, she asked us during the check in when we were leaving and told us that it was "easy" to just let her know, so we thought there were no other guests after us and plan our trip accordingly. The day before the check out I received a message from her to know if we were leaving at 10am (???). I replied and said that, since there was a misunderstanding, we will stay until 11am, the check out time in their ad. We felt a bit being kicked out, tbh. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Well located apartment with potential to offer good stay. Some things needs to be improved.

As the unit doesn’t have AC we expected to have possibility for fresh air, but one window is facing the inner stairs and the second (bedroom) directly to main street. Old fan doesn’t help and is noisy. Also furniture needs to be replaced. Bottle of water is usually a gift, to pay for it is strange, rather avoid it.

Very bad experience for various reasons: 1. Very bad internet connection, which made impossible to work remotely as we had planned 2. One full day without warm water 3. We request for more toillete paper (only 2 toillete rolls were provided for 5 nights), we got the following response: "we have a courtesy for all these things (toilette paper) for the first few days, we do not furnish anything more for all the stay"

Good location. The owner was always in touch and helped in resolving issues.

The first two days of our stay in the apartment we had no hot water at all. Also the apartment was not very clean.
