Casa Maria

Casa Maria is a modern apartment located in Citta Alta, a few min walk from the bus station and main tourist attractions. Clean and cozy, equipped with all necessary facilities and with the air conditioning (important during hot summer). Giorgio, the host was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our stay there.

We liked absolutely everything about this property.

The only slight shadow can be several steps to the upper store, but it is really not important.

Communication from the host was one of best I've encountered, histhrough directions, key pick up etc made it so easy. Anything I asked him through Whattsapp from information to recommendations he was excellent.

There was nothing not to like.

Beautiful modern apartment in a first class location within the Citta Alta. Great views from both aspects, very close to Colle Aperto bus stop giving direct link to airport and lower town. Warm and cosy too. The 72 steps up to the fourth floor were no problem at all, even for we seniors!

On top floor so lots of stairs

The neighbourhood is beautiful, right next to the scenic parts of Citta Alta. The view is great. Getting there by bus or on foot is easy. Well equipped, clean, roomy and modern apartment. Great price, kind and flexible host.

Lacking some listed equipment, there was no microwave oven or toaster. Slippers would have been nice as well as the floor gets very cold during the winter. The shower is extremely tiny.

The location in Cita Alta is beautiful and quiet; line 1 (a,b,c) buses leaves you right in front of the house; pasticeria Mariana (first to serve Stracciatella flavour) is right next to the house. House is clean, central heating, hot water, comfortable beds, towel and kitchen with everything necessary for cooking is available. Tip: if you travel in automn/winter do bring a pair of thick socks or slippers (floor might be cold due to below floor empty apartment, despite the heating). Also, do ask the host about toiletries.
