Pobyt w apartamencie był absolutnie świetny! Sam apartament bardzo czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Największym atutem jest jednak właścicielka – niezwykle sympatyczna i pomocna osoba. Kontakt był perfekcyjny od początku do końca pobytu, zawsze szybkie odpowiedzi i ciepłe podejście. Dzięki temu naprawdę czułyśmy się zaopiekowane. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto planuje wizytę w Bergamo.

Situata all'uscita di Bergamo, vicino all'aeroporto, la struttura offre ottime condizioni per 3-4 persone. Pulita e ben attrezzata, è anche vicina all'autostrada per esplorare i dintorni, a una stazione degli autobus per raggiungere facilmente la funicolare, a ristoranti e supermercati.

We are really impressed by the apartment and the guest. We appreciate her professionalism and her kindness. The apartment was very clean and cozy, and the decor was very nice, especially in the bedroom, very nice vintage pieces. Thank you again for everything!🙏🏻🤗

We hadn't even entered the "apartment" yet and the hosts were asking us when we were leaving. The key box was broken, and I could barely enter the key code. We found the apartment cold and unheated, even though they knew we were with a child. On the table we found a jug of tap water. For breakfast we found a box of old biscuits and empty jars of Nespresso coffee. The refrigerator is from the last century, old and moldy. I'm attaching photos. The wall next to the sofa is soaked with moisture, it smells suffocatingly of mold but is covered up with an old chest. The interior is an old model TV, on top of an old wood stove and on top of it an even older plush toy kitten. Instead of being in the trash, these old things are being pushed around for "design"and forcing tourists to inhale mold spores for a lot of money. A broken faucet in the "kitchen" sprays water and you get wet. A disgusting kitchen towel on it. The bathroom has windows with broken blinds that cannot be lowered. For a printed invoice, another 2 euros are requested in addition to the tax. The sofa you sleep on is uncomfortable with an iron rod that goes right at your waist. The overall appearance of the apartment is unwelcoming and poorly lit.The only advantage here is that it is close, 500 m. from the bus stop number 1 to the airport if you have an early morning flight.
