The location was perfect, beds were really comfortable, the whole place was perfect

Lia and Roberto were wonderful. They met us on arrival (even though it was 21:00hrs) showed us the property, and advised us of places to go and restaurants to try. Breakfast was included, as was milk, juice, water (still and sparkling) and various soft drinks. Espresso machine had pods for use :) Very comfy apartment, squeaky clean and well equipped.

The property is fantastic. It is newly renovated to the standard of a five star hotel, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two couples, each with their own room and bathroom. The property is very secure and it is conveniently located in a quiet street close to the main shopping area and a short walk to the funicular that brings you to the old part of the city. Lia and her family could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

This apartment exceeded or every expectation. The location is superb, in walking distance to everything and a surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. It is so beautiful, I felt I was staying in a luxury hotel. So comfortable, decorated with the finest materials and all the facilities you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. The fridge was stocked with cold drinks and the cupboard had snacks and breakfast provisions that were included. Lia met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. We were so delighted with everything! 10 out of 10, this is the only place to stay in Bergamot.
