The location is very good and the bed was comfortable but it is not a 5 star property

I always book a property with outside space and this property was no different as it was advertised as having a terrace but it had no garden furniture which meant that we could not enjoy the view in the beautiful weather. I also booked a car via the property to pick us up at the airport and the driver had been given the wrong address and left before we discovered that was the case. The member of staff who meet us did not apologise for their mistake

Location was amazing as where rhe views. Room was gorgeous and host extremely helpful.

Very near to everything, bus, funicular, restaurants and shops.

Couldn’t fault it at all

Location superb. Exceptionally quiet and peaceful yet right in hub. Use of garden and picnic area a bonus. Very comfortable bed and lovely view from bedroom. Paola was very helpful with late check in. Would stay again but as a couple.

View obscured by wall in front of living area but this not a big issue for us as out and about in beautiful Bergamo and area most of day. Bathroom could only be accessed by bedroom so not ideal for adult guest on sofa bed which was not so comfortable. This would be fine for a child.

The property in which the apartment is located is wonderful and placed in a top location that allows a beautiful view of the old city center. The owner was very kind and accommodating. We loved particularly the quietness and comfort.

Location, stylish, warmth - cosiness!

Basic welcome pack for hot drinks, milk etc. what was provided very limited and out of date!

The location was superb. Kristina was such a friendly and welcoming host. It was such a lovely place to return to after being out all day..especially in the rain!
