Good location. Safe and family friendly neighborhood. Close to the beach and the pedestrian street. Everything was clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. It’s nice that you can see the sea from the balcony. If you arrive with one car parking is easy (garage).

We have a few trouble with the apartment. First of all the boiler heated the water terribly slowly, a maximum of 2 people could take a shower in a row with warm water. If someone was taking a shower, we couldn't even use other electrical things because of the boiler. The light in the bathroom was constantly flashing. The elevator is quite small. In one room, the air conditioner did not cool at all, it only blew warm air. The bedspread was just a sheet. It was very difficult to get into the hotel, because we called and messaged the contact in vain, they didn't answer and we didn't know how to get in because they didn't tell us (we found out from another family) that we have to take the key to the travel agency - which is in a completely different place. There was also a problem with parking (two car), we asked if it was possible to park our other car as well, but they said no, there is only one garage for us. This was not true as ours was the largest of all the garages, a two-car garage, probably on purpose since we said we were coming with 2. In addition, they said that all white-lined parking spaces around the hotel are free (the blue ones are paid). We received 2 parking fines (white-line). "Well, right there on that street you can only get free for 1 hour" - thanks... that's not what you said. The pool was very very cold. The private stretch of beach is quite far away, the cash desk where you have to ask for your sunbed that comes with the accommodation is even further. And they didn't speak English at the checkout, only German.

I have spent a week with my family in the 9th floor of your appartment building. From the first contact with your friendly staff in the agency, till the last moment of my stay I really appreciated every day of our holiday. I especially appreciated the loaction of the appartment (near the sea and close to the amenities), cleanness, and also small little things, that made our stay comfortable (like voucher for beach service, EU power extension for charging of our devices etc.). Thank you for the wonderful stay. P.S. Spaghetti party was spectacular :).

I would only wish to have also WiFi available, but with good mobile signal, we handled our need for Internet via our data roaming.

Space and close to the beach

The pool area needs a complete make over of the wooden floor. Loud neighbors.. :(

We loved the location. Balcony and view.

No WiFi... Our room overlooked the promenade side and the bar on the corner is open until 00:30 with very loud music. One of the 4 burners on the stove did not work. After a couple of days you get used to it, but "fun" .

Europa Group is very respectful and nice dealing and everything was fine and they had a party and it was a very nice atmosphere Thank you from the heart and we will definitely return it
