Wir haben einen Frühen Check In gebucht. Unser Zimmer war jedoch nicht fertig. Wir wollten ab 08:00 in unser Zimmer, konnten aber erst 16:00 Uhr hinein. Das war eine Katastrophe. Das Personal tat nichts um uns eher (Wie besprochen!!!) in unser Zimmer zu lassen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Und wir waren nicht die Einzigen.

the pool, sauna and jacuzzi as well as the gym are not open on sunday night and monday, which was the only time we spent at Jalo. what a huge disappointment, since the wet areas was the only reason we booked this place for our last night in south america.

EL APARTAMENTO ES MUY BONITO TIENE TODO LO QUE UNO NECESITA PARA ESTANCIAS PROLONGADAS ABAJO QUEDA UN ARA UN DOLLAR CITY, HAY CAJEROS TIENE SPA Y HAY UN GIMNACIO DONDE PUEDES PAGAR LOS DIAS QUE TE QUEDES , SI ERES FANATICO DEL EJERCICIO , PERO EL EDIFICIO CUENTA CON PISCINA Y GIMNASIO, BASTANTE DECENTE QUE ESTAN INCLUIDOS EN TU ESTADIA .

I like how clean it is and it is very secure. There is also Resturant and shopping down of the building. Toilet and bathroom is very clean and you have kitchen and washing machine

I don’t like there is opening near to window you can’t close it. It is then noisy morning after 6 and also until 11 pm it could be.

The staff and the room were fantastic

Personal ist recht unmotiviert und hat nicht wirklich Lust dem Gast zu helfen, lediglich die jüngste angestellte war sehr freundlich und kompetent Die Couch hatte sehr viele Flecken und roch nach Scheiße, das Warmwasser aus der Dusche konnte man lediglich nutzen wenn man zunächst den Wasserhahn in der Küche angeschaltet hat.
