"No lo recomiendo, Un lugar muy inseguro, un mal olor a marihuana que entraba a la habitacion,"

El estudio y la vistas

No hay telefono en la habitacion, poca friza para el frio, la inseguridad en la entradas, ducha muy incomoda, toallas manchadas y en un mal estado. fuimos victimas de un robo de celular sin haber salido a la calle, entro un delincuente en una moto y se entro hasta el sendero donde estaba esperando un taxi y arrebato mi telefono, un lugar inseguro no lo recomiendo, hay seguridad supuestamente pero en mi caso no hicieron nada, esa moto entro me robo y no hicieron nada, no recomiendo el lugar. Si vas a visitar Bogota tenga mucha precaucion.

No mandaron el correo a tiempo y el registro fue muy demorado porque íbamos con una niña

"I would not stay here again there were just too many problems ."

I like the fact that it was spacious

We did not have hot water two out of the three days and the washing machine did not work which is very is important to me because we don’t travel with dirty clothes . I had to use the onsite laundry and pay money to wash and dry .

La vista y la piscina.

El personal en la recepción actuó con rudeza. Deberian tomar un entrenamiento de atención al cliente. No podíamos enviar documentos por anticipado. Si piden llenar un papeleo antes de entregar la habitación minimo deberian permitir hacerlo una hora antes de la entrada, a las 2pm. Para que así el apartamento ya este en manos de uno a las 3pm. La habitación nos fue entregada a las 4pm debido a esta demora. Si pido que me permitan entrar mas temprano me cobran adicional. Y si me entregan tarde por su rudeza?
