Hlavní výhodou tohoto ubytování je skvělá lokalita a pěkný moderní interiér, i když místy působí trochu nedotaženě. Ve skleněné ložnici (bez odvětrání) bylo už na začátku května poměrně dusno, takže si nedokážu představit pobyt v létě.

Největší problém byla komunikace. Informace ohledně parkování nejsou aktuální — je potřeba využít veřejné parkoviště a sleva od ubytování je spíše symbolická. Automatické e-maily obsahovaly zastaralé informace a celkově chyběla jakákoli reálná zákaznická podpora nebo ochota řešit problémy. Celé to působí jako typický „autonomní“ byznys bez osobního přístupu. Sem už bychom se pravděpodobně nevrátili.

Die Lage war hervorragend und bis auf die Details (siehe unten) war das Appartment schön, wie auf den Bildern.

Zwei Details könnte man noch verbessern: Ein offener Schrank, der eigentlich gut war, nur dass die Kleiderbügel in in einer nicht erreichbaren Höhe hingen. Die Dusche hatte keine Ablage.

Das Appartement 3 ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet.

Es ist nichts für Gehbehinderte, es gibt keine Lift und die Treppe ist schmal und steil. Wenn man viel Gepäck hat, ist dies ein Nachteil. Auch das Frühstück würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Es gibt 3 „Kategorien“ aus denen mal etwas aussuchen kann. Der Großteil ist sehr süß. Wer einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, ist es schnell immer das Selbe, was man auswählen kann und wer es nicht gerne so süß am Morgen hat, hat Pech.
