Late check-in was possible and accomodation was tidy, nice and clean. Living area was safe and all shops for needs, including REWE supermarket were on good walking distance. Bus stop close in front of the building and station on a few minutes walk. Accomodation has a big sofa, washing machine, kitchen, fridge (no freezer), ceramic stove, pans and (microwave) oven. A smart TV was available too (unfortunately the remote did not work). Luckily there was a high speed internet connection. Toys for kids we could find here too, thanks!!! Landlord was very responsive and adequate in replies. Parking on the street is free between 9 am to 7 pm. Using a blue parking card givea you an extra hour to 10 am. Long stay parking is 150m away at the market side.

The accomodation is on fourth floor without elevator, only staircase wirh sigarette smell. TV remote was not working, so we needed to use our TV app from our home subscription on iPad.

A wonderful place to stay with kids! Very clean, spatious, great and fast communication with the hosts. As the main destination of our trip was Movie Park, especially Adventure Bay with Paw Patrol (as our 5 years old is an extreme Paw Patrol fan), she was more than delighted to find Paw Patrol toys in a drawer to play with - she said it was the hidden treasure! A very good location to go to Movie park, Oberhausen, Duisburg, food supermarket within a short walking distance. Thanks a lot!

The only thing we missed was a freezer for ice-cream in the fridge, as the weather was very hot. But we coped without it. A bit noisy street if the windows are open.
