Apartament Simon Brasov

Location

Handover of the keys was not as confirmed by sms. The host did not show up at the agreed location leaving us frustrated waiting in front of a barrier. Instead of the promised car park we were told to park at a public carpark 500 meters from the apartment. We refused that and reluctantly with a lot of unpleasant words the host gave us the agreed car park. When we entered the apartment, we asked to see the aircon’s. We were told there only two fans with ice cooling and one ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. When asked how to use the cooling fans the host answered: I do not know. We tried the fans for one night but realized they were not cooling. When we asked the host to show us the garden view and the mountain view, he laughed, opened the window and pointed at a wall-mounted poster with a lake. Below are some other discrepancies from the property description: Terrace: There were no terrace! City view, Mountain view, Garden view: Not present! Air conditioning: Not avaible! Safety deposit box: Not available! Satellite channels: Not available! Laptop safe: Not available! Tumble dryer: Not available! Several photos shown on Booking.com turned out to be from another apartment and not from the one we got. It was from a luxury rooftop apartment which the host showed us when we were leaving! The host completely refused to compensate us for any or all of these missing facilities.

The location is perfect. The house is in the old town, a few minutes away from restaurants and at quiet courtyard.

The stairs seem to be designed for dwarf

The apartment was impressive, well designed and very comfortable. We liked everything about our staying. Everything was clean and lovely. We loved our stay here. The apartment was amazing . The location was also perfect. The location was in city centre. We liked everything . We recommend it

Perfect location, warm and cozy, good beds, owner ready to help, good kitchen for those who love to cook, comfortable access, additional towels and blankets, quiet street and yard, good organization and separation of space incide (kitchen/lounge/sleeping rooms)

It's better for 2 families or 4 people than for 5 (we where 5), a bit smaller than seems on photos

The location was very strategic. The rooms was spacious. The facilities were perfect.

Most of all I loved the location of apartment.The host is very forthcoming, wants to help if there are any issues. The apartment is nice and cosey, has everything you need for a couple of days stay. Also, affordable public parking close to the apartment. All in all great experience.

Very good location in the center of the city The Appartement was clean.

Equipments were old and not very comfor- table (bathroom, washing machine outside the appartment). Ceiling was too low on the stairs and we knocked our heads several times.
