El colchón se hundía, había hormigas ,arañas y cucarachas para limpiar tenias que bajar al árbol a buscar la escoba y la pala que era de uso general de todos los departamentos

Limpeza ok, tem o necessário, não tem muito Luxo, ótimo para quem quer economizar, o que eu mais gostei foi a ótima localização, vans toda hora, o 99 até às praias sai baratinho, e dá pra ir andando tbm em algumas.

Poderia ter um microondas e um varal para estender roupa
