Localização excelente, espaço bem distribuido, janela com vista linda, bairro tranquilo... (Suite número 3)

Goteira no teto do banheiro; Senha de wi-fi colada na parede errada (o dono depois me passou a correta); Fios expostos na cozinha; Pia vazando (com lixeira coletando a água no chão); Chuveiro difícil de esquentar água; Quando cheguei tinha uma barata morta atrás da porta do banheiro.
