Great location with views over the ocean, plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen.

Quite difficult to locate the property as there's no sign at the gate giving the name or the street number, that would have been very helpful. The boiler was leaking during our stay so we had to leave a bucket underneath to catch the drips, and empty it regularly. The host said it was due for replacement.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It’s just a few steps from the ocean, and you can hear the waves from inside. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful terrace and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and available via WhatsApp, even allowing us a late check-out. We were welcomed with a nice treat. The town is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The town is a bit remote, which made our trips to attractions longer. However, we appreciated the seclusion and would choose this location again over the crowded capital.

Great apartment. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you need. Nice surprise with a welcome basket with goods. The terrace is huge, with a nice view of the sea. There is a restaurant, that obscures some sea view, but it does not matter much. Also, there were some complaints from previous guests about the privacy, due to the restaurant's terrace. Honestly, it does not affect you. The terrace is at this distance, that you can hear very loud voices only. There is a new sun umbrella on the terrace, so you can enjoy the shade during the day. I had no problems parking on the street, and leaving the car for the night (we spent 7 nights). There is of course a private parking spot, but street parking is fine as well. Very good internet connection. We had no need to have either air conditioning or fan use. You can open windows wide and have fresh air going through the apartment. I was actually surprised, that this roof apartment does not get too hot during the day. You can enjoy the sound of the sea during the day and night. My advice - look no further, this is a great location for a decent price.

- No privacy when you are on the terrace due to the vis-a-vis with the restaurant terrace just in front of the apartment. We thought we would have a total view over the ocean, but it was rather a view over the restaurant terrace and its parking and a small piece of ocean. - We have parked our car on a parking spot, near the apartment, but unfortunately all the 4 tyres of our car have been punctured in the night. :-( :-( This event has ruined a part of our holidays.

Excellent cozy apartment with a lot of space and amazing terrace. There is a rain shower in the bathroom inside. Nearby mostly natives and the ocean. Paul do Mar is quiet and pretty. Restaurants are close.

New Sun Umbrella on the terrace recommended.
