Die Wohnung wäre in Ordnung gewesen, wenn sie sauber gewesen wäre. Mehrere Badezimmer waren praktisch, Waschmaschine war gut

Die Vermieterin war sehr unfreundlich und zwar schon bei der Ankunft. Am Ende war sie extrem unhöflich und hat behauptet, wir hätten nicht die ganze Wohnung nutzen dürfen und Sachen kaputt gemacht, die vorher schon defekt waren. Ebenfalls sehr großes Manko: es gab eine Menge Krabbeltiere: Kakerlaken, Spinnen, Eidechsen, Spinnenläufer (googeln Sie das mal wenn Sie das nicht kennen!), dafür kann die Vermieterin nur bedingt etwas, allerdings erwarte ich bei dem sehr hohen Preis nicht so viel Ungeziefer. Sauber war es leider ebenfalls nicht, überall waren Spinnenweben und Staub. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung

Estancias muy amplias, con aparcamiento. Muy bien ubicado. Personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos.

We (young family with 12 months old baby) spend a perfect time in Madeira Inn Refugio. What we loved: - big rooms and two separate bathrooms - nice terasse incl. spectacular views - spotless, very clean and plenty of towels - washing machine incl. washing powder - Teresa is a perfect, kind and very professional host. She knows how to make her guests happy and satisfied. She provided a lot of information and recommendations, the communication was seamless and quick and she fulfilled any of our requests in terms of our baby (e.g. she bought a brand new high chair for our baby or borrowed us a sun umbrella for the beach). Dear Teresa, many thanks for your great hospitality!

The view over Calheta to the sea is magnificient, the appartment cozy with modern furniture. The location is perfect with everything one needs close by plus it is easy to get away to other villages surrounding Calheta. Teresa, as a host, was very welcoming and supportive throughout our stay and beyond.

House was spacious and comfortable.

There could be more and better quality dishes like plates, bowls, glasses.

It is very necessary to have a car. Taxis are available for short journeys however. Host was easily contactable. Location very peaceful. Beds comfortable, nice linen. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Plenty of hot water. Ample storage space in bedrooms. Modern interior. Good WiFi connection.

Outdoor chair broken. Only two sunloungers. Shower did not attach to wall fitment, broken. More mugs would have been useful. No welcome pack on arrival…mini market near but steep hill on return. Hairdryer in each bedroom would have been useful as property does sleep 6. Kitchen rather small in proportion to rest of property…only really room for one person at a time. There would not be sufficient indoor comfortable seating if more than three guests. Small amount of washing powder and a fuller washing up liquid bottle and more bin bags would have been a thoughtful addition
