המארחים אדיבים, היתרון הגדול ביותר הוא שני חדרי רחצה עם שירותים ומקלחת. מיטות נוחות. סהכ די נקי - כלי המטבח יכולים להיות נקיים יותר. תחושה כללית נעימה

המבנה עצמו לא בנוי בצורה נוחה, ספת ישיבה ואזור ארוחה מאד צפופים.מיקום אזור הבישול מתחת לתקרה משולשת של הגג ומאד קשה לבשל ככה. . כאשר מגיעים מאוחר בערב ממש לא מתחשק לרוץ לסופר לקנות דברים ( בהנחה שהסופר פתוח) יש תחושה של ריקנות וקצת חוסר מודעות: מקבלים דירה ריקה מבחינת קפה, תה, סוכר, מלח, שמן, טבליות למדיח, אבקת כביסה. מבחינת הספק חשמל מאד מוגבל אי אפשר להפעיל גם כיריים וגם מכונת כביסה ביחד.
