"Wyspa piękna ale tym razem z mieszkania nie jesteśmy zbyt zadowoleni"

Lokalizacja jak najbardziej super, taras z widokiem na ocean i autostradę😉

Łazienka jest problematyczna, nadająca się do remontu. Na fugach i suficie widoczna jest pleśń, a wentylator nie spełnia swojej funkcji, nie odprowadza skutecznie wilgoci. Bateria prysznicowa wymaga pilnej wymiany ponieważ praktycznie nie da się ustawić komfortowej temp. wody. Wyposażenie kuchni np. szklanki są tak zużyte i porysowane, że korzystanie z nich jest po prostu jest nieprzyjemne. Są to drobne i niedrogie elementy wyposażenia o które powinien właściciel zadbać. Lokal ma potencjał jednak obecnie jego stan nie odpowiada standardowi przedstawionemu w ogłoszeniu liczymy że właściciel zadba o niezbędne naprawy i odświeżenie mieszkania.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, przepiękny widok z tarasu

Słaba wentylacja w łazience, ale W pokojach jest klimatyzacja dzięki czemu mozna bylo osuszyć powietrze.

Easy check-in, great location, close to the airport but you don't hear planes, the terrace is huge. Everything was clean and in good condition. Roomy, quiet.

Water heater is not the easiest, you need to spend some time to get water temperature you want. Balcony door not 100% solid, it can vibrate because of the wind. You cannot lock it. It would be great to connect smart TV to internet.
