Well equiped kitchen. Big living/eating space for meetings and work sessions and nice private bedrooms on the floor above. Easy to heat and plenty of hot water.

A few more coat hangers in the wardrobe spaces. Perhaps another extension lead with multiple sockets for the dining area in case more than one person wants to work on a laptop.
