Bathroom could have been cleaner

I enjoyed the homely environment the host has developed. It felt like a home away from home. Everything seemed clean and organised, the beds were comfortable, and the tv setup was impressive for the price range. The fridge and freezer were helpful in the hot weather.

The one thing I would change would be an option available for late checkout as it was slightly inconviently to check out by 10 am. It would also be more convenient if some cleaning supplies were left in the property for the guest to clean up after themselves while they stay for a few days.

Comfortable stay. I liked the fact I had a bath as well as a shower and an oven as well as a microwave.

They had forgotten to provide tea, coffee and milk, although local shops were open late so it wasn't a huge problem. Place was mostly clean but bathroom not 100 %.

very comfy bed with lovely bed linen even if a bit small. nice clean modern apartment nicely decorated with modern smart furniture, easy access to Chester (walking distance) easy to reach off motorway

details said kitchen had a microwave but there wasn’t one. Dishwasher tablets under sink but no dishwasher. Details said tea coffee & milk & toiletries, and toilet roll provided but there weren’t any, also no kitchen roll. bath a big high to get in & out of, maybe walk in shower would be better.

Bed, lack of kitchen utensils, very poor bath, toaster didn't work

it was very clean , excellent facilities , excellent value for money and communication from Niki stays was excellent leading up to and throughout our stay , would definately recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again , 10/10

the property was close to Chester centre. It had everything that we needed for the weekend

no parking included but we easily found a space on the road outside the property
