Le logement est propre, très bien équipé . Nous avons été très bien accueillis . L’emplacement est parfait pour se rendre à pied dans le centre de Coimbra , malgré que le quartier en pleine réfection ne soit pas très charmant au premier abord (cela en raison des travaux en cours) . La climatisation a été très appréciée . Logement parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes .

L’emplacement proche du centre ville. L’appartement était confortable et bien équipé.

House offered a river view. It was walking distance from the town center. The bedrooms are small but quite with decent beds. Property has elevators to carry your luggage.

The house could use more air conditioners, currently it has only 1. The living room where one of us was using a sofa bed, was unable to get the best sleep as the noise from the outside kept disturbing him.

The apartment itself was fine and it was close to the shuttle bus for the train station and con vendor the lower town. There is a nice view of the river and the old town is not far but be warned it’s all up-hill!

This accommodation is close to a major road and air quality was not great. There is extensive building work going on opposite and there noise generated was difficult to deal with. Added to that issue was noise from the apartment above and to the side that went on late into the night; the sound proofing is not great. The host really should let potential guests know that building work is in full swing and if you are looking to book I would suggest you check if the work is finished.

The apartment is spacious and has a very nice view of the river. It has underground parking. At the check out time you need to leave the parking area as well. If you are planning to stay for the day in the city you need to park elsewhere. There are plenty of underground paid parking facilities nearby.
