A acústica PÉSSIMA, ouve-se as pessoasa falar, os passos no edifício. O cheiro ao entrar desagradável. Instalar um ambientador. Casa de banho mal limpa, com cabelos nos azulejos e nas paredes e pêlos de barba. Paredes riscadas.
