Ottima posizione e vista sul Palazzo della Cultura dal balconcino.

Ho dovuto contattare il proprietario dopo essere quasi arrivato in appartamento perché non avevo ancora ricevuto le informazioni per il check-in, nonostante l'arrivo serale. Nell'appartamento c'è un forte odore persistente di fogna. Il letto è scomodo, con lenzuola e piumino per un letto singolo nonostante fosse un matrimoniale (stavamo a fatica in due sotto le coperte). L'appartamento ha una grande portafinestra che è coperto solamente da una tendina (strappata) semi-trasparente, non dando alcuna privacy né possibilità di coprire la luce. Per finire, una delle due notti in cui abbiamo alloggiato siamo stati svegliati nel cuore della notte da numerosi colpi alla porta e citofonate che ci hanno fatto passare una notte insonne, vista la poca sicurezza data dalla porta molto vecchia e per nulla stabile.

"Pojedynczy nocleg przed spotkaniem służbowym w centrum."

Świetna lokalizacja przy Marszałkowskiej, w przyziemiu Żabka, w okolicy sporo lokali gastronomicznych. Łóżko wygodne, kuchenka w pełni wyposażona + co najważniejsze: ekspres do kawy na kapsułki i 2 kapsułki na dzień dobry :) WiFi działa bezproblemowo.

Duże okno balkonowe od strony Marszałkowskiej, vis-a-vis biura, łóżko blisko okna a brak możliwości zasłonięcia okien - tylko jakieś symboliczne firanki. Przydałyby się rolety. Łazienka czysta ale (co raczej nie wynika z zaniedbań właściciela) z jakimś problemem z wentylacją: wyziewy z kanalizacji mocno szarpały za nos i wymagały wietrzenia lokalu. W łazience nie działa wentylator- może jego mobilizacja trochę by pomogła.
