Exceptional building & super clean!! And extremely helpful.

Nice little flat - had all the basics you'd need. El Cotillo is a lovely laid-back town. Supermarket, beaches bars and restaurants all easy walking distance.

No washing machine, but there is a launderette a few minutes walk away. The balcony isn't really big enough to sit outside on.

The size of the apt. Balcony was tiny for one chair and overlooked road and a littered building plot. Shower was tiny and fan was broken (but fixed promptly when reported)

Clean well equipped apartment.Comfortable beds and good shower. Appreciated onsite laundry facilities. Roof terrace.

Outside enclosed terrace with high wall reduced the amount of natural light. Our apartment was on the ground floor with bedroom at the front.There was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. We were instructed to remove covers from cameras before leaving the apartment but were not informed of cameras or the requirement to cover them during our stay.The presence of cameras in the apartment was an invasion of our privacy.
