Haus Sonnenschein

What a fantastic apartment! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay in areas close to Dortmund. It is roomy, clean tidy and in a beautiful location. I cannot fault the apartment. There is plenty of space in the sitting room, kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is spacious and there are two large bedrooms. If I was going back to visit Dortmund I would stay here again. Thanks for letting me stay in your wonderful apartment. They also provided complimentary drinks!

Nothing, it is pleasant walk to the train station and aldi is about a 10-15 minute walk. There is also a lovely little bakery 5 minutes away from the property (make sure you take cash)

The surrounding is very quite and peace

It is not easy to come here by any transportation if you have no car

We felt very at home here. Had everything we needed- pots, pans, utensils etc. Very comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed the apartment so much. Can't wait to be back!

Nothing- everything was great

The hosts have used so much care in everything in this property!! The equipment of this apartment has just everything somebody will need for a long or short stay. Every single thing is of high quality, the apartment is spacious, the decoration is soft-coloured and relaxing, the beds have perfect mattresses. We have already kept it in memory as an example house for improovemments to our own house. There is a traditional touch of hand made decorations, which magically add comfortness. Cornelia and Herbert are kind, discreet, polite, caring. Thank you for the lovely coffee you left for everyday and for the welcome drinks! We would choose it again for our stay and we would definitely recomend Haus Sonnenschein !

All good prepared, clean, good wifi, basics in the kitchen

Everything was perfect .You did not need for anything.

Spacious well equiped ground floor apartment in a quiet residential street with convenient proximity to places we wanted to go in the region. The decor and layout made it feel like a home away from home, and was perfect for my family. The large windows make it feel light and airey, with electric shutters for privacy. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with utensils etc, and the apartment furnished to a very high standard. The host was welcoming despite our limited comprehension of German. I would not hesitate to book the property again.

The water supply to the dishwasher had been accidentally left turned off, but this was easily rectified. Our reserved parking space was in use by someone else on one occassion despite the signage - not the hosts fault. On street parking opposite is possible as well, so not a problem.
