Beachend Bicheno

The unit had a beautiful view, the main room faced the beach. It was also a short walk to the beach and there was a well worn train into town. The beach was easy to walk on and also connects the central area of town. The deck had a small table for two. The host communicated in a timely manner.

Not a dislike, but it is a challenge to find the first time. Pay attention to the host's directions.

The surrounding was certainly a plus for us who lives in the city. We enjoyed the fresh sea breeze, beautiful view from the accomodation. The rooms are well-maintained too. I strongly recommmend Beachend Bicheno!

The window for one of the bedroom has no mosquito netting and some of the mosquito nettings have holes. It was quite warm on the night of our stay and the windows can't be opened, thus it made the bedrooms warm and hard to stay asleep.

Lovely, clean place to stay. We walked down to the beach and sat quietly for 2 hours to see if we could spot the little penguins! We only saw one in the distance on the shoreline but we did not go expecting to see them, and it was lovely just sitting on the beach at night. Would recommend and would return to this lovely little place.

Access to beach instructions were very confusing and not matching with the instruction boards put on neighbour property.

Location was excellent

Fantastic location close to the beach and town. Clean and well stocked amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Clear communication. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m next in Tasmania!!
