A great and clean apartment with all needed facilities. Definitely recommended!

Very nicely appointed, decorated, spacious 1 bedroom apartment, 1 floor above street level. An excellent value at 40€ (2 people, mid-May). The kitchen is suitable for cooking with stovetop and oven. The bathroom includes a washing machine. The apartment is in a group of four 5-story buildings in a park-like setting, immediately adjacent to a forested hillside. The off-street parking is directly across from the building entrance, visible from the apartment balcony. The setting is very quiet and green. There is no external marking, so you have to use the unobtrusive loop driveway marked with a No Entry symbol and "cu exceptia riveranilor" ("residents excepted") and go to the rearmost building. The entry and stairway are a little dingy but don't let that deter you. This is an excellent accommodation. Brasov's old town is a 36 minute walk, also accessible by bus or car (paid parking only in town).

The host was helpful and prompt via WhatsApp. The bed was super comfortable, better than my own at home. The kitchen area was good. There's a nice, quiet, mountainside view from here. A Carrefour was a short walk away. Main sights were within walking distance of the apartment.

The entrance when finding the property is between a large lamp post and tree and easily missed (drive slowly when approaching). The Satnav brought us into the small hospital car park beside the apartment firstly. The bath and shower are very short.
