Ocean front property, view was spectacular. Building is old, bathroom needs upgrades, and definitely the apartment entry door needs a replacement.

It could use some updating.

So close to the sea, convinience, beach at 1 minute, a view like no other it really makes you feel that you are on vacation. Fully-featured apartment covered parking security service very nice people lots of food choices, amenities boat trips jet ski just a 2 minute walk.
