Good location opposite a park and near the retail park and cinema. Easy walking distance to the railway station, so a good location to take the train to Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow. Also walking distance to Callander Park and house. Comfortable beds and good hot water. Helpful friendly staff.

A little difficult to find. Up outside stairs so would not be suitable for those with mobility issues

"I hope they can find the key and in fact making a new one cost less than £10 which I was charged £25 is kidda rip off"

To give a fair review for staying 20 nights - £2200+ for 20 night - The property is convenient which near centre with Tesco , McD , Mark and Spencer neatly and 10+ mins walk to the station - living room facing outside with a nice view and you can enjoy a run - The bathroom is clean and water is hot - they offered clean towels and cleaning services when I asked for. - the living room is decent with a nice dining table which my daughter used mostly for study table. - The 2 bedrooms are fine , linens are clean , mattress fine. - No carpet for the entire space seems cold but with heat makes it fine. - I accidentally bent the key and they brought me a replacement within 30 minutes. Great service. - they are flexible as we asked for late check out till 1pm, extra 3 hours cost £25 is nice gesture better than a key cost me £25 deduction.

- utensils not enough like forks and spoons , so I need to be more flexible - upon left , I placed back two keys in the box or one maybe on the table, but they cannot find a key which cost me £25 deduction on deposit which is the worst of this stay - the deposit not credited to my account after 6 working days or it need to be the 7th day to be precise , maybe I need to keep on chasing - the green bin and blue bin is covered nicely but without a label of 106, embarrassing I threw in someone bin and caught red-handed. Neighbor is nice and told me the correct bin.

Easy access to amenities. Easy parking.

Floors needed a good clean, no hoover to do it ourselves. Duvet and mattress protector were stained. Bathroom mouldy. Staff replied quickly to bath plug not working and batteries flat in TV remote.

Smelly bathroom. Very poor location. Rough neighbours smoking outside with some wafting in upstairs. Hard to find on Google maps.

very roomy and comfortable. lounge area was great. close to shopping and other facilities. street parking right out the front.

Beds were firm and pillows very flat. As a couple the beds were set up in separate rooms!
