The apartment was only a couple minutes walk from the railway station and reasonably easy to find - look out for the grey door with the crescent shaped panel of glass. Then it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the centre of Ferrara. The manager was good with communication by email, but no real human contact experienced.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, not too clean (numerous hairs found on the floor) and for a long stay, one set of towels was not enough. A clean-up and a change of towels would have been nice on day 3.
