Biciclo' Rosso Ferrara

Ample breakfast. We particularly liked the peaceful location and use of the delightful garden. The host, Lorenzo, was extremely attentive and courteous.

The layout of the apartment was very well thought out and cosy. It rained while we were in Ferrara so we stayed in all day one day and it was very relaxing there. Having the little garden there was nice. The host was very friendly and helpful - he even recommended good places to hire bicycles.

I didn't have internet access which meant getting the keys was tricky -I had thought that the host would be on-site but that wasn't the case. Luckily a neighbour kindy called the host to let him know we had arrived.

It was our first visit to Ferrara, around August 15th period that we normally avoid but finally we had a very good time and thoroughly enjoyed being Lorenzo's guests ! He was helpful and flexible with our check-in, always present through WhatsUp, even on the 15th of August when every single business in Ferrara was closed. We had to leave one day earlier since our return flight was cancelled and Lorenzo did his best to rent the flat and refunded us one night. The flat is at walking distance from the center, a bus stop connecting to the railway station is really close and even though there aro not that many buses they are reliable and come on schedule. I highly recommend the Biciclo' Rosso

We really enjoyed the bicycle theme of the place. It is well overthought and cosy. Lorenzo was very nice. He prepared us some thinga also for breakfast.

The room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated. It had everything one needs.

Nothing in particular. I would only leave a suggestion to have fresh bread on the first day and butter.

Host and location perfect. Complimentary coffe and beers 5+. Property with huge potential.

Wifi was poor/broken (owner have us password from other flat but that wasn't working as expected - can't watch a netflix movie), breakfast shouldn't be called that way (complimentary snacks maybe), electronic lock on front gate left us out on 3 occasions. Bunk bed is not made for sleeping at all (2 oval shapes not firmly connected to each other)

Excellent location, confy bed, spotless clean, well provided, safe and cheap parking nearby. Everything was great, but the best was our most helpful host, Lorenzo. We will be back !
