Excellent place for a family vacation! Two separate bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a common living space with well equipped kitchen. All facilities, furniture and kitchenware brand new or in perfect condition. Quiet area, but within 15 minutes drive to ski resorts of Flachau or Wagrain. Easy access by car, no steep icy roads.

It wasnt a 2 bedroom apartmant as advertised but 1 bedroom with a bath and kitchen. The 2nd bedroom wasnt part of the apartment but across the hall. If you have children and need 2 bedrooms, it is a problem because they wont be with you in the same apartment. Our daughter didnt feel safe alone in a separate room, at night we couldnt lock her there for the night but we didnt feel comfortable leaving her unlocked either with other guests staying right next door. We also lacked privacy on the balconies where we sat having breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Both balconies were shared with other guests, which wasnt pleasant nor safe. When we went out for the day, we couldnt leave the balcony doors open to air out the hot rooms because anyone from other apartment could easily walk into our rooms through the shared balconies during our absence. The feeling of unsafety was even bigger at night. My wife, who slept in the separate room with our daughter, was boiling hot but felt scared leaving the balcony open because anyone from the next apartment could walk in while they were sleeping. Sleeping in that room was then extremely hard in hot summer without air conditioning A simple, permanent glass or wooden screens on balconies between apartments would provide a desirable safety and privacy. Those with small children or difficulties to walk be aware the apartment is high with lots of stairs to climb. The host was nice but she seemed a bit unorganised. At the end of our stay, we were in hurry but her husband made us wait for her. When she finally arrived, she asked us to pay a tourist tax, again. We felt awkward, because we had to remind her that we had already paid it. Unnecesserily, we were made late for our next journey. They should keep better records of made payments.
