The apartment was cold & heating was controlled by owner upstairs. I felt questioned when I requested heating be turned on as we sat with a blanket on our knees at 3 in the afternoon. The owners upstairs clearly aren’t aware how much their voices & moment sounds travel, I was woken 3:40am one morning by someone going up the stairwell to upper apartment - and all hours of day/evening til at least 11pm we could hear voices & a child chanting same phrase over & over on repeat. Also kitchen space needs a microwave oven.

Driving in Fiesole for non-italians is a challenge. A warning to tourists would be nice.

Comfortable appartment in hill town above Florence with good connection into Florence on the frequent no 7 bus. Ideal for a single person or a couple.
