Very friendly staff, we got a free upgrade to a langer appartement. Very nicely decorated,clean and spacious.

Everything was wonderful - very nice room with a beautiful view and a well equipped kitchen. The sauna, jacuzzi and pool were nice as well. On top of that the staff is super nice and the food is the best we had in Austria and Germany.

Nicely located in flachau with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Supermarket right next door is affordable and has fresh bread every morning. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. Ample free parking underground. We got great advice on hiking trails and had a great time in beautiful Austria.

Clean room, great pool and Jacuzzi.

Everything. the host was super nice, the location is prime and close to everything in Flachau. And also the facilities were in high quality.

The only thing was not so good was the WIFI, that was weak all week long and many times didn't work at all in our room.

The place is as high end as you can imagine - heated stainless steel pool, spotless jacuzzi , Miele appliances all around, hot water all day long, cold water well straight from the mountain where you can top up before going out for the day, automatic lighting, underground garage, trampoline for the kids and awesome mountain view around the place. The apartment is self catered but the staff will throw out the trash and replace the towels which is a really nice feature! It feels like the Herman and the staff really care about the place and their guests which made the experience truly amazing!

WiFi is a bit slow but other than that, nothing and some more nothing
