Excellent location Very good facilities Very clean

The host Isabella was kind and responsive, she helped me a few times with here on various questions. The Chalet was almost new, good facilities, private sauna room only for us with towels and a shower, very comfortable kitchen with all the appliances and utensils we need. 2 washing machines and a dryer allowed us to bring less clothes from home. The location is very good, small access to the river and park kids could play with water and stones. close to Flachau starjet1 lift, tourist info. Shops and restaurants in a walking distance plenty of parking for 4-5 cars..

1. Toilets: There is a private tolet only in 2 bedrooms out of 4. There is another one in the hall but sometimes this is inconvenient. 2: Shower rooms: one of the rooms without the toilet also doesn't have a private shower, but there is one in the hall. 3. Many steps/stairs: in addition to a few steps outside to get from the car to the entrance, the family room and the kitchen are located in the top floor, which means lot of steps to get there and bring groceries. This is not critical in general (and good sport 😄) but might be problematic for old guests. 4. view from the windows was partly abstracted by nearby houses
