Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange. By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property. We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfectly clean, nice and new feeling, comfortable beds. Linen provided!

Location good, but 10min walk to shops. Only 5min to the ocean baths though.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with good distant views of the sea. Very easy to walk to town centre, Club Forster and beaches, pool. The bed was great, bathrooms immaculate, kitchen well appointed with modern appliances and a quiet fridge. With windows and balcony door closed it was quiet. The bedroom fan was quiet and we didn't use the air conditioning. Undercover parking was good.

I had to buy a sharp knife to use in the kitchen as the one provided was not fit for purpose. Also, I didn't realise that the property faces a very busy road, in fact the main road through Forster, traffic noise all hours of day and some at night. With windows open or on the balcony it was not pleasant.

Location pretty good. View great.

The place needed a good clean. Had to get a clean mattress protector sent in because other one was so grotty. The booking agent did act on this very quickly. We had to hire linen and make bed ourselves.

The Cove was a great spot to walk to beach or town and the apartment was really big with good furnishings.

My one big gripe was having to bring linen. As working parents with three children, a get away is about relaxing and enjoying family time without having to wash linen when I get home. Unfortunately I wouldn’t book again due to the hassle of washing linen when I get home.
