Gyöngy Villa

Beautiful house and close to the lake. Very calm area, no neighbors, no traffic. The owner lives in the floor bellow but she gave us total privacy and it was nice to know they were close to reach in case wee needed something.

The house is on the attic / top floor of a large property and there is no AC system, meaning it gets very hot during the day and it stays very warm at night. There is one standing fan that helps a lot in making the air move, but AC would is needed to cool the place down as there is no thermal isolation on the roof to prevent the heat being trapped. There was no private parking but they let us park in the property of the neighbor (an open area in front of a garage) which was not home that day.

Kiváló szállás, remek felszereltség, nagyon kedves házigazdák.

Tágas, egyedi és ízlésesen berendezett tetőtéri apartman. Kényelmes ülő és fehelyek, remekül felszerelt konyha, gyönyörű kilátás. Tartozik hozzá egy kis terasz is. Közel van a strand és a bélatelepi vasútállomás. Csendes környék és nagyon szép a kert is.

A hűtő nagyon kicsi, a szúnyogháló szakadozott, nincs légkondi ami nyáron problémát okozhat. Parkolni csak a szűk utcán lehet, a ház előtt.

veľmi milí hostitelia, veľmi pekná a tichá lokalita, úžasný výhľad na Balaton , kedže ubytovanie je nad mestom,ústretovosť a ochota pri parkovaní bicyklov. Po odchode sme si zabudli mobil na izbe , hned nas kontaktovali a veľmi ochotne zariadili odovzdanie,za čo im patrí obrovská vdaka :) určite sa radi vrátime , pretože sme preferovali hlavne tichsiu lokalitu na oddych,kde je dostatok súkromia, čo nám tento pobyt rozhodne oboje garantoval :)
