The property was clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and even gave us towels when we forgot ours! Only issue was lounge; was so comfortable but VERY dusty and I needed a sheet to place over it. Would definitely start there again! Location and view were worth it!!!!

The location of the property is beautiful opposite the beach. Unfortunately my overall experience is that this unit needs a good refreshing as it is very tired looking. The kitchen utensils/crockery need to be a bit more updated - fresh pots and pans (with matching lids) and more cutlery. It just felt very sparse. On arrival there was leftover packets of food (out of date) that were left in the cupboards - cereal, powdered drink mix, chips and biscuits and packet of breadcrumbs that had been opened with plastic wrap over it. Drinking glasses are very mismatched and cutlery is very haphazard. Although this is a property that does not provide bed linen, the existing linen on the beds needs to be replaced with fresh doona covers and fresh pillows. A couple of stains on the main bedroom doona cover. Not a very welcoming environment.

No Wi-Fiincluded! Very frustrating having a small tv, with a Remote that says "Netflix", but with no capacity to sign in. WI-FI should be a stock standard provision. Also - no games or books of any kind available which can be a really nice touch to add in. The whole place lacked a sense of hospitality. Bathroom clean - however the laundry sink has rust stains. I will not be booking Hibiscus Place again.
