Fukuoka Condominium

Location is quite near Hakata station with lots of restaurants downstairs. The property was well furnished and comfortable for many people. We were able to do light cooking as well which was a small plus. It was great for a family stay.

There was only 1 toilet so if you have a big party make sure to schedule usage. The property can get quite cold in winter outside of the bedroom, and can be quite squeezy if you have many people staying.

the location is not bad, its not too far from Hakata station and there's a lot of food around as well. there's a 7-11 nearby and a delicious ramen restaurant right beside the entrance to the apartment building.

the shower area in the toilet is not really well maintained, with visible mold and dirt. the kitchen area is also slightly dirty and is also not really well maintained. other than that, the other areas in this property are comfortable and met expectations.

The Apartment Room 6-D is located at the front of the building (by the road) and it's noisy at night time, we could hear people talking (not sure where it comes from either the restaurant or other rooms from the lower floor). The bathroom, the clothes/tower rack is opposite the shower so water splashed onto the clothes.

Close to Hakata station

The photos advertised did not match the room. There was no couch or modern furniture and the room (especially the shower room) was very smelly. It was very disappointing as it was Christmas Eve and we had thought we had booked a nice apartment for our family but it was really bad. If the advert was updated to reflect what the real room looks like that would be better and would avoid big disappointment from guests.
