Spacious, 711 on the corner, clean bedding, lots of natural light

Light controllers didn't work, wash tub room smelled, wash tub moves, no washer, pillows are throw pillows (not real pillows), room had a window that leads to the stairwell where you can hear even a whisper in the hall

The location was accessible to points of interest

The place is just right. It’s clean and everything works. You can walk to Hakata Station. Bus stations are a couple of minutes walk. You can hail a cab just outside the hallway. You can even walk to Canal City (or to Tenjin if you like and the weather is nice). There is a ramen place downstairs. Konbinis (7/11, Family Mart, Lawson) are nearby.

It was a bit tricky to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

The location was ok. The toilet room was good. The 7-11 was close.

The property was extremely over priced for what it was. The kitchen was fundamental. The place smelt of smoke. The place was not designed for 7. The photos on booking.com are deceptive and the room that we had was well below expectation for the price that we paid.
