The living room and bedroom were clean. The space is enough for 5 people. There is laundry and terrace for drying clothes in the air. The facilities were great. The lady owners was very kind to help us book a taxi to the airport.

The toilet and bathroom were old and not clean. The toilet was very small. The bathtub was leak. We need to clean the room by ourselves (the equipment was provided). The place is quite far by walking from the Hakata Station, especially, if you have luggages and if it rains. *** The closest bus stop is Ekimae 4 (1 station from the Hakata station, 3 mins walk from there.).** We found that taking bus is more convenient. The lady owner cannot speak English. We communicated via Google translate.

The location is good for the train station (1 km) but farther from downtown (2-3 km), and the price was reasonable.

The condominium is a very old and seedy building in serious need of repair. The apartment was barely clean enough to feel comfortable, very old and broken down, beds were not comfortable. Since we were out most of the time, only there to cook and sleep, it was passable. However, I would not stay here again. The building is also very hard to find, no name on the outside. If you are tall like me (2 m) you will be constantly bending over to avoid the short door frames, lights, etc.
