Absolutely lovely place to stay. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped with gorgeous views out of the windows. We appreciated the Stubai Super Card and really enjoyed all the free mountain activities included. Bernhard was extremely helpful and a great host. We all loved our holiday here and would love to return!

בדירה יש מכונת קפה פילטר והעדפה אישית שלנו היתה מכונת קפה עם קפסולות או גרגרים אבל זו כבר העדפה אישית.

Netheid, comfort en ruimte zijn geweldig. De keuken en voorzieningen zijn volledig en gezellig. Uitzicht en locatie zijn top: bergzicht vanaf de heuvel, maar dichtbij het centrum. Gastvrijheid van de host maakt echt het verschil – persoonlijke ontvangst en service.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Winterterrasse, großen Bädern. Alles ist ganz modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick vom Balkon. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Es waren immer mehrere Parkplätze frei. Man geht nur 7 Minuten ins Dorf zum Bäcker und zu Restaurants. Die Super-Stubaicard haben wir voll ausgenutzt (5 Bergbahnen, Schwimmbad, Sommerrodelbahn). Nach Innsbruck braucht man nur ca. 25 Minuten. Da waren wir im Alpenzoo der sehr empfehlenswert ist.

This apartment (Sonnenstein) was perfect for my party of myself, my son and son in law for our 6 day ski trip. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the apartment on arrival. Bernard the owner responded immiediately to my phone call when we arrived to greet us, and took trouble to show us around and how the kitchen appliances worked, and the TV. He was very friendly and approachable, and payment at the apartment by bank transfer was easy and without difficulty with the necessary bank details all supplied. The 3 bedrooms are all large double rooms with comfortable beds, and masses of wardrobe space. The lounge had a large comfortable L shaped sofa plus armchair, with a large wall mounted smart TV. The dining table was large with lovely views of the surrounding valley and mountains. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every manner of pots and pans, and plenty of matching glasses, plates, cutlery etc. A nice touch was that cooking essentials such as oil,salt,pepper,spices etc were supplied. The two bathrooms were so handy, and well stocked with loo paper enough for our stay! The apartment was warm throughout, and no shortage of hot water. It was also very well soundproofed, absolutely no noise from the other 2 apartments. The Wi-Fi worked well. The safe locked ski room with heated boot rack was a luxurious touch. We had a car, with free private parking on the property. The location is perfect in Fulpmes, about a 10 min walk to the centre with shops and restaurants. Schlick 2000 is less than 5 mins drive away, the Stubai glacier an easy 25 minute safe drive up the valley. We also spent a day in Kuhtai also. We also enjoyed the Stubay pool/ wellness centre 5 mins drive away. I totally recommend this apartment. It would be hard to beat at any price, but was certainly very good value.

Big apartment, including everything you need like washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and dishwasher detergents, and also some other stuff needed in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil and pasta).

the panorama view on the balcony is awesome, bcz the location is on the upper hill. The apartment is clean and tidy and has all what you need, even the heating for snow boots, so you can see the owner is very thoughtful. Dishwasher and washing machine save us a lot of effort and time. The owner Bernhard is very nice and warm heart. He offered picking up us from the bus station in the center of Fulpmes after knowing we came by bus considering we have luggages and the house is on the upper hill, and of course sent us to bus station when we left as well. Very helpful and we feel grateful for that.

I don’t want to be picky. We feel very satisfied with all things. May be only one small thing. It will be perfect if the kitchen has a trash bin. But we managed it by ourselves easily by putting the wastes in plastic bags. Nothing serious.
