Die moderne Wohnung bot eine grossartige Aussicht.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und grosszügige Wohnung mit genialem Ausblick aufs Meer. Jedes der Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Sehr sauber! Es gab sogar einen Garagenplatz. Die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei.

Dosta žarulja nije radilo, namještaj i dekoracije nisu po našem ukusu ali sve je funkcionalno i čisto

Wspaniale mieszkanie ! czyste, wygodne, bardzo dobrze wyposazone. Widok z kazdego okna - nie do podrobienia. Blisko do promenady, w okolicy restauracje, sklepy, przystanek autobusowy. Nie mozna trafic lepiej !

Ruhige, großzügige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung hoch über São Martinho mit authentischem Meerblick und modernem Interieur. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität.

Was zunächst etwas abgelegen wirkte, entpuppte sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt mit vielen “+” PLUSPUNKTEN; Restaurant Casa Branca und das Vaca Negra sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, der Linienbus hält direkt vor der Tür, und Bolt-Fahrten in die Altstadt von Funchal kosten etwa 5 € (2026) – schnell, zuverlässig und ein echter Durchbruch in Sachen Mobilität.

This property is amazing. I did not want to leave. The views sold it to me and when I was there was just another level. The apartment is safe, clean and so relaxing I don’t want to big it up to much as it will get booked out but it really is a awesome place to stay. I only booked it in the hope that someone would share it with me. But sadly that couldn’t happen. But nevertheless it was so lovely. You will need for nothing. Parking is tight. But you get used to the underground parking easily. Location is also really good. Just hard to get uber drivers to find you initially but you will get there. Amazing place. You wont be disappointed

The view and space is nice!

The parking lot is very difficult to exit and enter. If you have a car do not stay here unless you're incredibly confident. The staff that greeted us was a little unpleasant to deal with because she had another arrival at the same time at a different unit.

Comfortable, lots of space, excellent views of the ocean, immaculately clean, carpark underneath, very nice fridge. Quiet area
