"優點大於缺點，CP值高，下次有來福岡還會考慮入住"

整體空間比想像中大很多，廁所跟浴室有乾濕分離，並設有洗衣機跟烘衣機，基本需求都能滿足；客房的部分就是兩張雙人床及電視，若有邊吃東西邊看電視的需求，這裡可能不適合；廚房的部分有先簡單的廚具、餐具及微波爐可以使用，可以進行簡單的料理；衣物間空間蠻大的，可以放下兩個32吋行李箱及兩個24吋登機箱；地理位置不錯，旁邊就是天神地下街以及天神屋台，對面巷子就有拉麵店Shin Shin本店，樓下就有一家Lawson，前往地鐵也很方便。

辨理入住、退房都是在一樓的機器處理，需要稍微研究一下，並注意入住時須透過機器付住宿稅，要使用不需收簡訊認證的卡片；當天入住發現廁所的燈泡是壞的，花了些時間聯絡客服處理；房間有些地方有許灰塵，整潔度稍微可惜點

利便性が良かった。近くコンビニ、スーパー、郵便局などなんでも周りにあるので気楽に過ごせました。 マンションの1室なので洗濯機も置いてあったり、電子レンジも備え付けてあるので良かったです！

ハンガーの数が 1人2つだったので、 夏は足りると思うんですけど、 秋冬はコート用も追加で1人3つずつハンガーがあればいいなと思いました。

"怒りと悲しみしかない。"

天神パルコから近く、近くに安い駐車場が沢山ある。

本当に清潔感がない。連泊だとでも思ったのか？どうしたらこうなったのか理解不能。ベッドのシーツだけ交換された状態。部屋に入ると髪の毛だらけ。数本どころではない。大袈裟ではなく、本当に100本ぐらいは落ちていた。禁煙のはずなのに、タバコの廃があちらこちらに、落ちていた。それが残っている時点でも、掃除されていない。
