Localização e casa bastante espaçosa. Os funcionários são muito prestaveis e simpáticos

A casa está um pouco velha e com algumas coisas estragadas, por exemplo, apanhamos a depressão Cláudia e as janelas estavam a fechar mal, a varanda a drenar mal, entrava vento pelas janelas e água da chuva....e um barulho infernal do vento.... Casas de banho e cozinha com utensílios velhos e já a mostrar bastante uso. Á porta da garagem e a do prédio não fechavam.

Неймовірний вид з вікон та тераси! Будо приємно отримати гостинець у вигляді вина Мадейра, печива, цукерок та бананів. Дякуємо! Дуже чисто, охайно! Поряд торговий центр, чудовий супермаркет, зупинки автобусів і сувенірні магазини - це теж супер і зручно!

Трохи тріснутий умивальник і наявність лише 1 фену для волосся. Але це не критично і не зіпсувало нам приємних вражень.

Não fui informada sobre pagar a mais devido a minha chegada ter sido após as 22h. Já havia avisado do horário da minha chegada com antecedência e não me comunicaram que pagaria 20 euros por isso. Expliquei que não havia sido informada antecipadamente e mesmo assim tive que pagar.

La ubicación es estupenda. La casa es amplia y cómoda.

A la hora de recoger las llaves tienen un horario demasiado estricto. Intentamos que nos diesen las llaves dos horas antes de lo pactado pero en horario de recogida de llaves según booking, ya que tuvimos problemas con el vuelo. No fue posible y además nos costó mucho comunicarnos con ellos.

A very nice welcome with Madera Wine and cookies, a lot of space in the apartment , beautiful view from terrace, quietness, comfortable bed, sound of ocean in the nigh, close to the very good fish restaurant, shops and to the bus stop.

broken scissors, no sugar and coffee, no shampoo and shower gel, problems with opening and closing the shower cubicle door in the main bathroom, we could not unfold the umbrella during the sunny day on the terrace because the umbrella base was broken.

We have booked this facility before and we loved the location.

There was quite a bit of traffic on the street in front and it was a bit noisy at night.

The aparment is spacy, with beautiful view from a terrace to to the hills and ocean.

The overall impression is very good, but the flat needs maintenance. It lacks Kitchen plugs - only one functioning, little spoon for the coffee - 1 piece, the cooking amenities rather basic. One of the bathrooms was partially demolished, probably some heavy item destroyed the stone around the sink, the entrance hall - a lot of old items from previous guests visits? First aid kid in the bathroom is not there - only empty container. Generally very nice flat in very nice location, but it needs a bit of deeper care.
