Nice area. In the middle of everything. Even if it’s not adjacent to train station but there are plenty restaurants and shopping options. Few minutes walk to Nakasu or Canal city. Spacious room. Properly clean.

The location and shower.

The place is in need of major floor repairs and a deep cleaning. The drapes were filthy. The staff response was terrible and the apartment was not furnished as advertised. When we arrived there was 1 plate and 1 fork. They gave us a fork that was for appetizers. We had to ask on multiple occasions to get the dinnerware, silverware, slippers, additional toilet paper and an iron. Someone entered the apartment while we were sleeping and did not knock. We asked if someone had been in the apartment and got no reply. We asked where the hot tub was and was told the bathtub fills with hot water. Before arriving we asked about luggage storage. Received a message that luggage can be stored before check in. I asked if someone will be meeting us. Was told staff will assist you.. When we arrived the main door entrance needed a key for access. Someone let us in and there was no one there until we were almost going to put our luggage in front of the apartment door. Then 2 people came out and told us we could store it in the entrance. Had that person not let us in we would not have known where the luggage could have been stored. I book many hotels and apartments and very rarely give a bad review but this one deserves it. There were other problems but you get the drift from my review. Unable to upload the numerous photos.

Simple procedures to collect room's key and return the same way. Spacious room for 2, washing machine provided and shower room with heating facility which really dry the clothing pretty fast. Good location, quiet surrounding. Many eateries around and 7-11 is just round the corner.

Bed and pillows are not comfortable. To find parking (nearby) at night could be challenging. Very basic (too simple) cooking utensils.
