"Smart apartment"

Smart and spacious accommodation, interesting view across banana plantation with nesting birds of prey, sea in distance. Beds comfy. Swimming pool quiet, nice spot to relax after a day out. Not too far to walk to city centre, but Bolt only a few quid. Large gym opposite came in handy for our teenager. Mariana was really helpful when we locked key in apartment.

Busy road nearby, can be noisy at times.

"Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement op loopafafstand van centrum incl. parkeergarage en zwembad"

Het is een heerlijk ruim, schoon en nieuw appartement op een fijne locatie. Niet in de drukte van de stad, maar wel op loopafstand van alles. Het appartement heeft twee heerlijke slaapkamers, twee top badkamers, een ruime woonkamer, fijne keuken en een heerlijk balkon. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en het complex heeft een eigen zwembad. Super! Huurauto konden we ook in de parkeergarage kwijt, dus eigenlijk alles top. Het ontvangst was ook goed, fijn contact via de app en warm ontvangst door een medewerker van Feelslikehome. Van hem kregen we ook allerlei tips via de app, voor restaurantjes, sightseeing, etc. Handdoeken aanwezig, voor zowel douchen als het zwembad.

"Idealny nocleg dla dwóch par, ewentualnie 4+1"

Bardzo przestronny nocleg. Dwie duże sypialnie z prywatnymi łazienkami. Łącznie są aż trzy łazienki :) Kuchnia z wyposażeniem i stołem. Do dyspozycji był również basen, ale za zimno więc nie skorzystaliśmy. Do centrum Funchal kawałek trzeba się przejść, ale droga powrotna prowadzi przez lewadę obok plantacji bananowców co było bardzo fajnym dodatkiem

Niektóre rzeczy wypadałoby odnowić, bo widać lekkie uszkodzenia związane z użytkowaniem noclegu

Das Apartment ist in einer schönen neuen Wohnhausanlage. Garagenplatz im Haus. Sehr geräumiges Apartment. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf eine Bananenplantage und ein Fußballstadtion.

Zu Fuß ist man 15 bis 20 Minuten vom Zentrum von Funchal entfernt.

"sehr großzügige, moderne Wohnung mit tollem Pool"

Große, sehr moderne Wohnung mit tollem Pool. Unkomplizierter und kompetenter Kontakt zum Vermieterteam. Schöner Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Viel Stauraum und Schränke vorhanden.

Einige kleine Reparaturen notwendig (z.B. Mülleimer, lose Handtuchhalter), mehr Geschirr und diverse Küchenutensilien wären vorteilhaft, leider sehr laute Fahr-/Quietschgeräusche in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer durch die unter der Wohnung liegende Tiefgarage
