Centralt läge, fanns bilparkering, bra utrustning i köket, skönt med uteplats.

Baren utanför dörren var en nattklubb, väldigt hög musik varje natt fram till 24.00. Funkar bra vissa dagar men inte alla, Det som var bra att rummet var i andra änden från musiken, så det var hanterbart.

Location superb. Lovely bar immediately outside with music, dancing etc. A real unexpected bonus!

A/C would be good for mid-summer

Very limited hot water - couldnt shower right after each other and had to take a pretty quick shower. Very squeaky bed. Smashed insects and some blood needs cleaning off the bedroom walls. Half the pots and the coffee maker don’t work on the induction stove so you have to put them in an induction frying pan to get them to work.

Combination of location and type of apartment. It is in the first line at the seaside, great bar, beach, but the badroom is quite. And you have also private terrace. A lot of equipments in apartment is great. Pillows, seats, kitchen etc., etc.

Than.I cannot stay here for the end of my time :)

Great location, close to restaurants and a lovely bar outside. Sea view once you step out the door. Clean apartment, everything we needed.

- Host was friendly and present at the agreed time for us to collect the keys. - Location is very good, close to the old town. Plenty of choice for food/drinks nearby. - There is parking nearby: on the street, and also a closed parking (open 7h-23h, always space), and at about 8min walk another larger parking with better opening times if you want to leave early). - Appartment is very spacious for 2 guests, and has all the amenties that you would need (incl towels/beach towels).

- The appartment was generally clean, but less well finished than the pictures suggested. e.g., some moisture issues here and there. - Bed / mattress not that comfortable (e.g., squeeky, could feel each movement). - We were there when it was quite warm in Madeira (~30-32deg), the available fan did not work well (hardly any air flow). - (popular/good) Bar terrace is on noisy side in the evening, as right next door and across the street of appartment. It does not stop that late, but well, we usually planned to wake up early to leave before/around sunrise. Replacing fan/mattress would increase comfort significantly.
