The pool is in another building. A 5 minute walk, no problem. But it´s not totally clear in t5he description

The location was great, the apartment was a really good size, very well equipped , Alexandro's communication with us was excellent through the whole booking process. Apartment was really clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely too, in a building close by. It was always quiet there and no problem getting a sun lounger.

Very minor thing but the second towel we got was really small, too small to use for women with long hair! Also if you're staying for a week it would be nice to get fresh towels halfway through. The €30 fee for late check-in feels a bit unfair seeing as the apartment is not cheap anyway.

The host was responsive and very helpful and changed their timings to ensure they were there when our flight was delayed. Apartment was a great size in a good location just opposite the shopping centre. 40 minute walk to Funchal

Uredan, dobro opremljen apartman. Domaćin se trudio da pomogne i da nas posavetuje šta da obiđemo. Bazen koji nam je bio na raspolaganju je čist i celog dana otvoren. Blizu je tržnog centra Forum Madeira.

Apartman se nalazi u novom delu grada Sao Martinho, mnogo je gradilišta u okolini.

Fantastic location, right across from Forum Madeira, also some large stores on the ground floor. The apartment is very clean and very well maintained. Everything was working perfectly. Alexandro, the host, is absolutely amazing. We stayed at many places, but have never met anybody who was so quick to reply, deal with any eventuality and as sociable and friendly as him.

The host absolutely amazing and attention to detail. Communication skills explanatory and always on call. Highly recommended.
